Thalo’s continuous cellular monitoring detected anomalous power draw on a Mitsubishi MXZ-SM36NAMHZ VRF heat pump. Field inspection confirmed a 40% refrigerant undercharge. After correction:

- Monthly winter savings: ~480 kWh ($72/mo)
